Please note that vouchers created for payments made for date-specific Spa Treatments/Spa Days/Spa Breaks are valid only for spa services and can only be redeemed against Spa Treatments/Spa Days/Spa Breaks. Cards/Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat the card/voucher as cash. If a card/voucher is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending your balance and issue you with a new card/voucher, but we cannot refund any balance spent on a lost or stolen card/voucher. If your card/voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Bentley Hotel & Spa Lincoln is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card/voucher and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time. Any member discounts cannot be used to purchase the gift card but may be used when making a purchase with a gift card/voucher as if it were cash. Payments are strictly non-refundable. Gift Cards/Vouchers are strictly non-transferable. Gift Cards/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase for sale or special offer items. Guests must be 18 and over to attend a spa day. Bentley Hotel & Spa Lincoln gift vouchers can be used for goods or services within the hotel and spa. This may include spa treatments, spa days, products, dining experiences, afternoon tea, and other eligible services offered on-site.
