Cards/Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat the card/voucher as cash. If a card/voucher is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending your balance and issue you with a new card/voucher, but we cannot refund any balance spent on a lost or stolen card/voucher. If your card/voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
